Scientific Demonstrations
The microscope can be used for classroom demonstrations, research presentations and laboratory training. Its binocular viewing head and camera compatibility provide flexible options for specimen observation.
Routine Laboratory Examination
The KCX-128 supports routine visual examination of prepared specimens in biological laboratories, educational facilities and scientific training centers.
Working Principle
The Advance Research Microscope KCX-128 operates on the principle of compound optical magnification using objective lenses and eyepieces.
A prepared microscope slide is positioned on the mechanical stage. Light from the LED illumination system passes through the specimen and enters the objective lens.
The achromatic objective forms a magnified image of the specimen, which is further enlarged by the WF10X eyepiece system. The Siedentopf binocular head allows the user to observe the image through both eyepieces.
The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm to accommodate different viewing requirements.
The coarse focusing control provides initial image adjustment, while the fine focusing control enables more precise focusing.
The mechanical stage allows the specimen to be repositioned for examination of different areas.
When a compatible digital camera is installed using the appropriate adapter, the microscope image can also be captured or displayed digitally.
This optical arrangement makes the KCX-128 suitable for biological microscopy, educational demonstrations and routine laboratory observation.
Microscope Compatibility and Usage
The KCX-128 Biological Research Microscope is designed for observation of compatible prepared biological slides and laboratory specimens.
It can be used in educational institutions, universities, research laboratories, biological laboratories and scientific training facilities.
The specified 0.35X camera interface can support compatible digital microscope cameras, subject to the camera mounting arrangement and adapter requirements.
For effective observation, users should position the specimen correctly, adjust LED illumination, select the appropriate optical configuration and use the coarse and fine focusing controls to obtain a clear image.
